Our department is available the following days and times:
Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m and 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Fire and Building Safety Construction Inspection Guidelines:
- All inspection requests must be submit through Citizenserve.
- All inspections must be submitted within 48 hours.
- We do not conduct inspections on Fridays
- We do not conduct inspections during our lunch hour (12:00 p.m - 1:00 p.m)
- If your inspection MUST be scheduled outside of our hours please send an email to Tracy Staiger- tstaiger@ucmerced.edu and FABS- fabs@ucmerced.edu providing a reasoning for the inspection being outside of our regular hours.
